Good-bye For Now

Today was my last day of school before having Baby Carsyn.  I am beyond excited about getting to meet my precious baby girl, but I will also miss these sweet babies while I am gone.
Our class and Mrs. Cureton's class surprised me with a little "going-away" party/shower yesterday.  It was so sweet and thoughtful.  Everything was pretty in pink!

Thank you, Mrs. Glenn, Ms. Charroux, Mrs. Cureton, and Mrs. Wilhoit and ALL of my precious school babies for giving me such a special send off!

Olweus Kick-off

Today we had a kick-off for our Olweus Bullying Program
Waiting for the kick-off to begin
First, Coach Miller and some of the Byrnes High football players explained the River Ridge Anti-Bullying Expectations to us.  They are:
1. We will not bully others.
2.  We will help students who are bullied.
3.  We will include students who are left out.
4.  If we know that someone is being bullied,
we will tell an adult at school and an adult at home.
Next, all of the teachers went on stage to lead the "chicken dance" with us!
