This morning we took a trip to Nivens Apple Farm! It was so much fun looking at all of the signs of fall. We had a great time picking apples and pumpkins, tasting apple cider and visiting with the animals. Fall is one of our favorite seasons, and we were so glad to celebrate this unit by visiting a real apple farm.

| We started off our day by going on a hayride around the farm. We learned about the Nivens family and what all they have to do to get the farm ready. |

| Next, we got off to pick apples in the orchard. |
 |

| Then, we walked to see the animals. |

| Our favorite animals were the llamas! |

| Last, we enjoyed a special snack: fall Little Debbie cakes! |
We had a great day at the farm! It was lots of fall fun!!
